About Us In 1982, Shramek's Video & Photography became one of the first Video Production Services in the Lincoln, NE. area. Since 1982 we have grown from a home business into a commercial video production studio, offering a multitude of Video and Photography services. Shramek's Video & Photography is owned and operated by Grant and Janet Shramek. After being honorably discharged from the Navy, he began working for the Lincoln Police Department (LPD). During his final years with the Lincoln Police Department Grant started a home business and produced several training videos for the Police Department which earned him the nick name "Captain Video". After 20 years of service, he retired from the LPD in 1990. Even after retiring from the Police Department, Grant was hired by them as a consultant for purchasing and set up of their own video equipment. He also assisted in the training of their personnel. Grant and his wife Janet have since worked full time in the video production field and starting in 2004 Shramek's added Digital Photography to their services. Digital is now Superior to Film. Our Video Computer and shooting skills have blended perfectly with Digital Photography. We are always available to answer your questions, provide assistance, offer advice and services.
